The researcher CSIC and the Instituto Universitario Ortega y Gasset as well as a sponsor for the IDEAS Foundation, Ludolfo Paramio was responsible for delivering the inaugural conference for the "Middle Classes and Electoral Processes in Latin America" seminar, co-organized by the the IDEAS Foundation´s Institute Pablo Iglesias, the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC) and the Real Instituto Elcano.
