Francisco Rojas Martín holds a degree in Political Science and Administration from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid and spent a year at the University of Newscastle upon Tyne (United Kingdom). He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Management from the School of Public Administration at the Grupo Analistas Financieros Internacionales (Madrid) and a Master's Degree in Democracy and Goverment from the Autónoma University of Madrid.
He has worked as a consultant specialized in modernization and public management projects at several consulting companies. He is currently a shareholder and Director of the portal www.interpolitica.com.
He is a member of the Socialist Party of Madrid (PSM-PSOE), where he has served as the Coordinator of the Organization Secretariat and where he currently serves as the Vice President of the Regional Committee. He has also been Public Events Coordinator for the PSM-PSOE as well as Coordinator of the Secretariat for European Affairs and is co-founder of the Activist Group of the Party of European Socialists for the Madrid Region.
Juan Sancho García holds a degree in Information Sciences from the Universidad Pontificia of Salamanca (1990-1995), and holds a Master’s in Quality Journalism from Complutense University of Madrid.
He has collaborated with the newspaper Diario 16, and worked for 5 years (1995-2000) for the local newspaper "La Gaceta Regional de Salamanca", as a correspondent of the Europa Press News Agency.
After spending 7 months in Ireland at the end of 2002, he joined the Communications Department of the PSOE in the province of Salamanca, where he worked on the Regional Strategy against depopulation and follow-up for the Special Plan for the Western area of Castilla y León.
Virginia Montoro Oliva holds a degree in journalism from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (1997-2002).
She has worked as a journalist for Vía Digital, Europroducciones, Antena 3, Punto Radio, TVE, Telemadrid, Cuatro TV and La Sexta.
In June of 2009 she became the Director of Communication for the Fundación Ramón Rubial-Españoles en el Mundo.
With the merger of the IDEAS Foundation on January 1st 2010 with the Pablo Iglesias, Jaime Vera, Ramón Rubial and Consejo de Progreso Global Foundations, she joined the Communications Department of the IDEAS Foundation.
Guillermo Moreno Rodríguez holds a degree in Political Science and Administration from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
He spent an Erasmus at the Institut d´Etudes Politiques in Strasbourg where he earned the Certificat d'Etudes Politiques Européennes.
He later did a Postgraduate Course in Electoral Campaigns at the Universidad Complutense and a Master’s Degree in Political Communication at the Institut d´Etudes Politiques of Aix-en-Provence.
Carmen Quero Hidalgo From worked at the Ramón Rubial Foundation as the Secretary to the director and the President from 1994 to 2009.
Between 1974 and 1994, she worked as a secretary and administrative assistant at the Cooperativa de Enseñanza (COIS) in the Area of Culture in the Council of Rivas-Vaciamadrid (Madrid) and the Universidad Popular which depends on this area.
She has also been a member of the Technical and Management Team of the Spanish Federation of People’s Universities.
