  • Matt Browne International Area

    Matt Browne is senior fellow at the Center for American Progress. He is the former director of Policy Network and an expert on transatlantic relations. He has worked for leaders, prime ministers and progressive presidents around the world and international organizations like NATO and the WTO.

  • Juan Moscoso del Prado Hernández International Area

    Juan Moscoso del Prado Hernández is Member of Parliament for the Spanish Socialist Party. He holds a PhD in Economics and Business Sciences from the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid; a Master’s Degree in Economics from the College of Europe in Bruges (Belgium); and is a graduate in Economics from the University of Kent (UK).

    He has published numerous articles on economy, international relations and politics in specialized journals and media. He is an economist and is currently on leave of absence from the Study Department of the Spanish Economic and Social Council.

  • José Manuel Albares International Area

     José Manuel Albares is a career diplomat and is currently Head of Sub-Saharan Africa Department at the Spanish Cooperation and Development Agency. He has been Vice President of the Development Assistance Committee of the OECD and Director of the Permanent Representation of Spain at the Organization in Paris, Consul of Spain in Colombia and has worked in the Directorate General of International Economic Relations of the Spanish Foreign Affairs Ministry. 

    He has published several articles and given numerous lectures on international relations and development cooperation. He has been guest lecturer at several Spanish universities and at the Institute of Political Studies in Paris. He majored in Law and holds a Diploma in Business Studies from the Deusto University.
