IDEAS full-time internships are open in March and September to any undergraduate and bachelor-level student who wishes to work with us. All applicants must have a good command of Spanish and English languages.

We offer three types of opportunities:
1. Short stays:
For young, dynamic and motivated people who want to have a thorough insight of political thought and learn to reflect on political principles and analyze them from an abstract and pragmatic point of view. Being an intern at IDEAS Foundation will show you the positive value of a think tank in the political process.
2. Staff:
For qualified and experienced people who would like to join a multidisciplinary and international team and work to reinforce and foster the positive value of progressive ideas in our society.
3. Collaborators:
Specialized experts and scholars of different working areas who would like to put their knowledge at the service of our working groups, drafting documents or organizing different types of events. Within the working group we distinguish “full-time collaborators” and “collaborators by contract”.
