HISTORY

Ramón Rubial-Españoles en el Mundo Foundation was founded in 1989 by Ramón Rubial and Carmen García Bloise as an institution that deals with Spaniards who live outside the country. It mainly aims to give an adequate and fast answer to the expectations, proposals and needs of this big group, based on the values that inspired the exemplary trajectory of our founders: a longing for freedom, the promotion of democracy, the defense of human rights, the construction of solidarity, a humanist spirit, and open doors.
