Francisco Rojas Martín holds a degree in Political Science and Administration from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid and spent a year at the University of Newscastle upon Tyne (United Kingdom). He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Management from the School of Public Administration at the Grupo Analistas Financieros Internacionales (Madrid) and a Master's Degree in Democracy and Goverment from the Autónoma University of Madrid.
He has worked as a consultant specialized in modernization and public management projects at several consulting companies. He is currently a shareholder and Director of the portal www.interpolitica.com.
He is a member of the Socialist Party of Madrid (PSM-PSOE), where he has served as the Coordinator of the Organization Secretariat and where he currently serves as the Vice President of the Regional Committee. He has also been Public Events Coordinator for the PSM-PSOE as well as Coordinator of the Secretariat for European Affairs and is co-founder of the Activist Group of the Party of European Socialists for the Madrid Region.
Ricardo Serra Segura holds a BA in Economics from the Autonomous University of Madrid (1992-1997) and is specialized in regional and urban economics. Between 2007 and 2008 he did a Postgraduate course in “Data analysis in Social and Market Research” at the Complutense University of Madrid. In 2008, he started his BA in Research and Market Techniques at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
Between 2000 and 2003, he worked as a consultant for Oracle / Business Intelligence at Caser Seguros, Kia Motors España, Telefónica de España, Avanzit and Sthilo Musical. Since 2003, he has worked for the Jaime Vera Foundation as the Head of the Online Training Department, Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications, Head of Technological Development and Head of New Projects. After the merger of the Jaime Vera Foundation with IDEAS Foundation from January 1, 2010, he became part of Organization Department of the IDEAS Foundation.
Hortense Djomeda holds a degree in English Language and Linguistics from the Université de Lomé, Togo.
She has a Postgraduate Degree in Translation, a Master’s Degree in Corporate Communication and a Diploma in Media Relations.
She is currently doing her PhD in Spanish Literature and Linguistics at the Universidad de A Coruña.
She has worked as a communication consultant, translator and interpreter and as a business English trainer.
Enrique Saenz Piñan holds a degree in Political Science and Administration from Complutense University of Madrid and spent a year on an exchange program at the London Metropolitan University (U.K.). He holds a Master Degree in International Cooperation from the Development and Cooperation Institute at the Complutense University of Madrid and is also specialized in Political Communication & Management by this same university.
During his studies, he collaborated with different NGOs, such as Fire-fighters Without Borders, the Club of Madrid and UNHCR. In 2007 he worked as a marketing manager for the Spanish Committee of the UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East) and since 2008 has been the responsible for marketing and fundraising for the International Solidarity Foundation.
Mónica Narbona Ruiz holds a degree in Hotel and Tourism Activities from the Escuela Oficial de Turismo of Madrid and she holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Management and Marketing from ESIC.
She has worked in several fields related to the hotel and tourism industry and has been in charge of the Communication and Marketing Department of electro medicine at General Electric.
Carmen Quero Hidalgo From worked at the Ramón Rubial Foundation as the Secretary to the director and the President from 1994 to 2009.
Between 1974 and 1994, she worked as a secretary and administrative assistant at the Cooperativa de Enseñanza (COIS) in the Area of Culture in the Council of Rivas-Vaciamadrid (Madrid) and the Universidad Popular which depends on this area.
She has also been a member of the Technical and Management Team of the Spanish Federation of People’s Universities.
