The Vice President of IDEAS Foundation, Jesús Caldera, pointed yesterday to pollution and solid urban waste management, reforestation and the controlled exploitation wood as well as services related to environment as employment niches which, can be fostered in the context of the coming Law on Sustainable Economy, from city councils and local institutions.
