The director of IDEAS Foundation, Carlos Mulas-Granados, reviews the main global challenges for progressive ideas and evaluates the work done since the creation of the think tank of the PSOE at the 37 th Congress of the Socialist Party.

- Two years after IDEAS Foundation was launched, what is your assessment so far and what objectives have been met?
- IDEAS Foundation began its activities at the end of 2008, after its creation was approved by the XXXVII Federal Congress. It was a exciting challenge the Federal Executive Committee commissioned Jesús Caldera with and, he appointed me as a director. Previously, I had worked with  Caldera in drafting the electoral program of March 2008 and knew he was a passionate and demanding person, with a positive view on our ability to devise a better future and, for this reason, I accepted this challenge very thrilled.
