    IDEAS supports the Government’s pledge for electric cars and thinks that reaching 2 million in 2025 is possible

    IDEAS Foundation positively assesses the efforts of the Spanish Government, which were recently ratified during the visit to Japan of the Prime Minister, José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, to make progress in projects of technological development of recharging systems in order to definitely open up the market for electric cars.

    Cristina Narbona encourages the EU to bet on renewable energy

    The former Secretary of State for Environment with Felipe Gonzalez and Minister for the same branch as Zapatero, Cristina Narbona, affirmed at a lecture at the Menéndez Pelayo International University, that the EU’s leadership on climate change will be effective if the organization of European countries dares to carry out a technological model shift in which more emphasis is placed on a higher profile of renewable energy.

    The Government is preparing a law to ensure citizen's access to public information

    As they have published some pieces in recent days, the government is finalizing the draft of the Law of Transparency and Access of Citizens to Information, which may be adopted at the first Council of Ministers of the new political course, which will be held on Monday, August 23rd, to meet later in the parliamentary process.
